Um, well, are you sure? "Laterus" is twice mentioned in text. The problem is that I'm playing russian version of the game and can't say for sure about english name. But again, russian translation sounds much more closer to Laterus than Lateral.109.205.248.37 15:55, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

Final Fantasy reference?

It's a reference, yes. The Kakuna Burial is also a reference to pokemon. And another place in Ilunibi named "Marowak's Spine." And I know theres at least one more pokemon reference somewhere in the game. Wizard's Staff in Laterus Burial?

According to the Construction Set it should be there, but in fact I can't seem to find it anywhere. It looks like it ought to be exactly at the side of the same mummy, that has the book "Benithas suitors", but the book is there, the staff isn't. Also here it's not mentioned under Urshilaku, Laterus Burial, but in the notes it is. Has anybody managed to fetch it?

(forget about it, I found it. Sorry about this mess.)

In case anyone else is looking for it, if you're on the top level of the spire facing away from the door, look up and to the right. There's a small ledge with the staff and some other goodies. 174.203.245.134 01:08, 13 November 2022 (UTC)
