Bad sentence?[edit]

"Although the guides' prices appear to vary according to their disposition, in reality their service always costs 10 gold." This isn't making sense. Video games are not reality (real life). I shall write the prices of transportation here, with dispositions of 100 (thanks to the soultrap glitch I have). — Unsigned comment by Dragon Guard (talkcontribs) at 17:53 on 3 February 2015

I think the sentence wants to express that despite the game shows different values for transportation in the travel menu, you alway loose 10 gold (displayed in-game loss vs. real in-game loss), although I cannot verify this at the moment. -- SarthesArai Talk 18:07, 3 February 2015 (GMT)
Okay. I will verify this shortly. Dragon Guard  (talk) 19:33, 3 February 2015 (GMT)
Just tested it. No matter where I go or how high the disposition is with the NPC it always takes 10 septims off my character. Must be a glitch. Dragon Guard  (talk) 19:41, 3 February 2015 (GMT)

Price changes Xbox[edit]

The article states that the price for teleportation is always 10 gold regardless of disposition. I have recently started playing Morrowind again and can tell you on the regular Xbox version (not GOTY) this is untrue. On a character high ranked in the guild and with a high disposition the price was always 10 gold. With a brand new unaffiliated character and with a newly joined mage, hence average disposition, the price was consistently 20 gold. 31.106.176.74 10:09, 28 June 2016 (UTC)

The labeled price or the price you actually paid was 20 gold? The wording of the article implies to me that the price is hard-coded and the same price, regardless of what the actual listed price was. Check your balance before and after purchasing transportation and see how much you paid. This is not something I've actually looked closely at myself. -damon  talkcontribs 14:54, 28 June 2016 (UTC)
The price I actually paid was 20 gold at average disposition (about 39 to 45 on the characters I was using) but was 10 gold on my high ranking Guild character who had a higher dispostion of around 70s. The displayed price varied significantly from late teens to mid twenties on the former and nine to early teens on the latter. 82.132.230.254 05:40, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
