For some reason I have two of these and I've never been to Solstheim yet, though I have installed the DLC. Perhaps they occur as random loot on Cultists? GlassDeviant (talk) 12:51, 15 April 2013 (GMT)

Hmm...I'm not sure where those would be coming from. Cultists do have a chance to carry random ingredients, but the leveled list that contains them (LootWarlockRandom 0010facd) wasn't changed to include ingredients from Dragonborn. I'd have to double-check this in the CK, though, and I can check where else the object is used while I'm at it. I'll let you know what I find! ⇠eshe^talk 14:25, 15 April 2013 (GMT)

Resist Fire Magnitude!
