Unsure Of What To Add[edit]

This shack isn't very important outside of that single quest. There isn't much to go on about this house either outside of what is already mentioned. Perhaps having a list of number of chests, reoccurring item spawns and the like will help with the page content? 04:57, 11 February 2013 (GMT)

Chests, any significant things that appear in the general area of the lodge, quest involvement. That sort of thing. Jeancey (talk) 05:06, 11 February 2013 (GMT)
I feel like quest involvement would be put on the quest page itself. As the quest involvement using this lodge is very limited. You simply go there once to "free" a person and then you're done with the place forever. 00:12, 12 February 2013 (GMT)
I created a new section on the talk (discussion) page with every item, and container that can be found inside the place. Hopefully I didn't miss anything. 00:43, 12 February 2013 (GMT)

List of Every Item Found In The Lodge[edit]

These items are static spawns. I did not include the container items. Wiki tables are not my thing, but I used them to the best of my knowledge to get the information across. Table information follows as is all encompassing. Me personally, I enjoy finding every single detail and item placement as it helps with immersion, hence the details on every item. 00:41, 12 February 2013 (GMT)

If anything should be mentioned on the main page (as non-trash aspects to most people) it should be that the basement chest is somewhat of a mini-reward for the quest, as you cannot get into this building legitimately otherwise. The items seem to be under-leveled compared to character. 00:41, 12 February 2013 (GMT)

Respawned![edit]

I just went back to here via fast travel, and found out the thalmor have respawned along with everything inside! It has been approximately 30 in-game days since I've last been here to do the quest. ᴷᴬᴸᴯᴵᴻᵀᴵ□ᴻ 00:56, 13 February 2013 (GMT)

The same thing happened to me, but this time the Thalmor aren't hostile. So, unless it's a bug, I'm assuming that this place does respawn, but the Thalmor are only scripted to be hostile somewhere between stages 10 and 40 of A New Source of Stalhrim. Schiffy (talk) 15:04, 16 February 2013 (GMT)
The Thalmor were friendly to me as well. ᴷᴬᴸᴯᴵᴻᵀᴵ□ᴻ 23:31, 16 February 2013 (GMT)
Allow me to rephrase. They weren't hostile to me...... until I began a Thalmor slaughterfest like the Stormcloak I am. Schiffy (talk) 15:41, 17 February 2013 (GMT)
Figured the implication of attacking friendly NPCs makes them hostile like normal. I have actually done that already (killed them all) purposefully waited 10 in-game days, went back, and they werent there, left, waited another 20 days, and they were back. So 30 days seems to be the respawn time, granted I am unsure why they respawn at all unless they were to go scout the lodge for the previous Thalmor agents. ᴷᴬᴸᴯᴵᴻᵀᴵ□ᴻ 15:51, 17 February 2013 (GMT)
I feel like it's worth pointing out, I got kind of a funny line of dialogue from one of them. He said something like "you're that brute that attacked me before." So I guess that's some funny implication these (or at least some of them) are actually the same Thalmor you rescued the blacksmith from? — Unsigned comment by 69.109.125.194 (talk) at 07:56 on 2 July 2013
That is general thalmor dialogue, not specific to this location. Jeancey (talk) 08:04, 2 July 2013 (GMT)

It’s Alvor and Sigurd’s house[edit]

I just realized that the Abandoned Lodge is an exact duplicate of Alvor’s home in Riverwood that’s why there is a copy of A Gentleman’s Guide to Whiterun there and the beds, chest, table, etc. are all exactly in the same positions. — Unsigned comment by 67.58.9.205 (talk) at 07:06 on 10 January 2018

I wouldn't call it an exact duplicate, but the similarities are enough to believe they probably copied it for the base before trashing it. This happens all the time in games, so it isn't really notable given that there have been significant changes to the shack. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 15:14, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
