Location[edit]

Does anyone actually have the location of the Knights Mentor? Has anyone ever joined? I've searched for a while, but the only information I could find was from the old UESP archives, stating that "This guild may not actually exist in the game". I'm going to search for it, my guess is that it will be located in one of these 6 provinces: Abibon-Gora, Daenia, Dwynnen, Lainlyn, Satakalaam, or Tulune. However, if it does exist, chances are it's in more than one location... although I'm not totally sure, I've never joined a temple knight order before. Use the tables of the corresponding regions of the Iliac Bay to find a a town/city with a School of Julianos. Maybe instead of the School you will find the Knights Mentor there. But as already mentioned in the Main article, whether one joins the temple or its Templar Order, it is the same in the end, since quests and services are identical.--PLRDLF 17:12, 26 December 2008 (EST)

Minor Difference[edit]

One reason I prefer questing from Temple Knightly Orders instead of the temple directly is that during some missions people will refer to you as being a member of that Knightly Order. For example, I joined at the Order of the Hour instead of the Akatosh Chantry. In my affiliations it still says the Akatosh Chantry, which disappointed me, however, if you quest from the Order of the Hour temple, people will ask, "The Order of the Hour sent you?" It doesn't make much difference, but it makes me happy regardless. Also, I found the Order of the Hour in Daggerfall and Wayrest, and while Wayrest worships Akatosh, Daggerfall does not. Best of luck in finding the Knights Mentor, I hope this order wasn't left out of the game.
