How Are His Quests Selected?[edit]

Since he has multiple possible quests I think it might be worth noting if there's a specific order he issues them in? I was hoping to get the two rings but instead I got the dawnguard assassination quest which I'd hoped to avoid, is it necessary to do the assassination (deceiving the herd) before he will offer others, or is it random? -- Haravikk (talk) 20:42, 20 November 2012 (GMT)

It's alphabetical. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 20:48, 20 November 2012 (GMT)
In my experience this is not true; it would appear to be random from the point of entering Volkihar Keep or upon turning a previous quest in. Immediately after completing the Bloodstone Chalice I kept reloading the auto-save of entering the keep until he offered me the Rings of Blood Magic instead of Ancient Power or a quest for Fruma. -ChaoticAscension (talk) 08:59, 4 August 2013 (GMT)

Bad bug[edit]

I failed a quest for him because of (yet another stupid world interaction) the challenger that apperars and challenges you when you have a high experience in a magic skill. It was Decieving the Herd, the challenger appeared and I killed him in Whiterun, while not wearing the dawnguard armor, and it said that i had failed the quest. Upon returning to Castle Volkalhar, Feran Sadri is nowhere to be found. I have searched everywhere he possibly could have gone (he always hangs around the alchemy lab and in the room with the dead alchemist), can someone give me a soluion to this problem. Note, I have tried waiting in the castle and asking as many NPCs in Castle Volkalhar for work, but they all direct me to Feran Sadri, who is nowher to be found. Revyn Sadri[edit]

Should it be mentioned in the notes that he shares his last name with another Dunmer in Windhelm, Revyn Sadri? There is no indication of any relation between them, but that is no surprise considering how old these vampires are supposed to be. — Unsigned comment by 88.153.140.235 (talk) at 12:40 on 13 March 2016 (UTC)

Sadri is a one of the more common Dunmer family names, found four times in Skyrim and nine times in Morrowind. Even if it was only those two, it would not be notable unless there were some clearly stated in-game references tying them together. —MortenOSlash (talk) 15:05, 13 March 2016 (UTC)
